Terms of service

These terms cover Takibi and takibibase.com. The operator is Deian Isac, a sole proprietor, at Calle Secretario Artiles 94, 103, 35007 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. Contact support@takibibase.com.

Takibi helps you organise documents, give agents scoped access to source passages, and manage tasks. To use the service, you must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the organisation whose content you use. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting credentials and deciding what your tools may access. Review Profile grants, task permissions and keys. Tools sharing a Profile share its permissions; folder-scoped document access does not make task-board visibility folder-specific.

You are responsible for actions you authorise agents to perform. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, and pause affected Profiles or revoke compromised keys where possible.

Use Takibi lawfully and only with content you have permission to process. Do not bypass permissions or limits, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, distribute harmful content or infringe others' rights. Do not sell access to the service or present it as your own platform without our agreement.

Automated API use must follow its documented capabilities and limits. You must not treat a missing or held document as permission to bypass access controls.

You retain ownership of your content. You give us the rights needed to host, process, retrieve and display it to provide and secure your workspace. You are responsible for the permissions and legal basis needed to upload and use that material.

Takibi returns source passages and evidence signals. Citations, support scores, automated checks and AI judgments may be incomplete or wrong. Review the sources and agent output before relying on them or accepting work. We do not guarantee a particular result.

Your choice to send content to another agent or artifact service is governed by that provider's terms. Our handling of personal data is described in Privacy and the provider list.

The published monthly plans are Ember at €18 and Campfire at €52. Checkout shows the applicable total, taxes, allowance and renewal terms. The hosted trial lasts seven days and requires a card at checkout; charging begins after the trial unless the subscription is cancelled as described at checkout.

Polar handles checkout and subscriptions. Use Settings → Billing to open the customer portal and review or cancel the subscription. Check the cancellation's effective date there. Refunds and cancellation rights follow applicable law and the terms presented for the purchase.

We may change future prices or plan terms with advance notice. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law. Usage limits may stop requests; they do not promise unlimited service.

We work to keep Takibi available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties of suitability or accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the affected account in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach, non-payment or a security, legal or operational risk. You can end your subscription through its cancellation process. Export information you need before access ends.

Cancellation and data erasure are different requests. Data handling after termination follows the privacy policy and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request erasure or discuss access needed for an export.

Spanish law governs these terms, subject to mandatory applicable protections. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Subject to mandatory law, the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain have jurisdiction.

We will update the date when these terms change and provide notice of material changes as required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
