A Profile defines access to collections and folders. All its keys share those grants. Different jobs can have different views of the same workspace.
Understand ProfilesSaving or keeping a note does not make it a trusted Source. Notes are never promoted automatically, and Profile keys cannot add them to the source library. Only a human can add source material.

The public sub-processor page names providers for hosting, AI processing, account email, billing, and analytics. It also explains what information each provider receives. See the provider list.
The billing guide says access continues through the paid period after cancellation. When that period ends, the workspace is locked until it subscribes again; cancellation alone does not erase its data. Read the billing guide.
Notes are working observations scoped to one Profile. They are not shared across Profiles and expire after a fixed 30 days. A person can Keep, Add to draft, or Remove a note during review. Keep does not extend its lifetime. Notes never become Sources automatically; only a human can add material to the source library. Read about knowledge quality.
