These are workspace allowances shared by every profile in the workspace. Each profile also carries its own daily budget and ask limit from creation; either one can stop a request first. See Pricing for the current offer and daily usage and limits when a 429 names a budget.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no additional tax through reverse charge; other EU buyers pay their country's VAT at checkout, collected by Polar.

Open Settings → Billing and choose Manage billing to open the Polar customer portal. Review the subscription state and next charge there.

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial. A card is required at checkout, and charging starts after the trial ends. Check the checkout and portal for the exact charge date and subscription terms.

See Pricing for the published plans. The Profile's own daily budgets and the workspace allowance are separate limits. A 429 names the one that stopped the request, so read the message before assuming the plan is the problem.

Cancel from the Polar customer portal. Open Settings → Billing, choose Manage billing, and cancel there. Takibi keeps working until the end of the paid period. The Billing tab reads Cancels with the date and notes that access runs through the end of the period.

After the period ends the subscription lapses. Documents, tasks, and everything else stay locked until the workspace subscribes again. To come back, pick a plan from Settings → Billing.
