Review bot notes

Notes hold observations that a bot left while it worked. They belong to one Profile and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. A note is not a Source document. Check a claim against the full Source before you rely on it or copy it into a lasting document.

New Profiles can leave notes. Open Notes in the app to review them. If you see no Notes profiles, create a new Profile first. Existing Profiles without the Notes capability do not appear in this view.

The first view shows notes that need a look. Choose a Profile by its avatar and name, then select a note title to read the full record. The small tags explain why it appeared, such as repeated lookups or a possible gap in Sources. These are review signals, not proof that the note is correct or that a Source is missing.

All notes shows the Profile's inventory, including notes on hold and expired notes. Search there to narrow the list. Notes on hold remain visible for inspection but are withheld from bot retrieval and draft exports.

Keep

Clears a live note from the review queue and leaves it in Notes. For a held note, Keep releases only that note. Other notes in its dispute stay on hold for separate review. It does not turn the note into a Source or extend its lifetime.

Remove

Stops the note from appearing to bots right away. The confirmation has no undo, so read the note first.

Add to draft

Selects a live note for a Markdown draft. Pick the notes you want, then choose Make draft.

Review the generated text before choosing Copy or Download. Takibi does not add the draft to Sources for you. Compare its claims with the underlying documents, edit it, and upload the approved version through Documents.

Notes expire 30 days after they are created. Keeping one does not reset that clock. A note can also be put on hold when it conflicts with another note. A held, removed or expired note cannot be added to a draft. In All notes, you can Keep a held note to release it or Remove it after reviewing the conflict.

If a draft reports a conflict, inspect both claims and their full Sources before deciding what to preserve. Do not copy an unverified conflict into a Source as settled fact. For agent-side writing and search, read Write and search Notes from an agent.
