Set your name and picture, turn on sign-in codes, and name the workspace.
Set your name and picture
Open Settings → Account. Type a display name and choose Save. Your avatar in the top bar shows the new name right away.
Choose Upload picture for a PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB. Only you see it. Remove takes it back down. Your sign-in email is shown for reference and never changes here.
Turn on emailed sign-in codes
Two-factor is opt-in. In Settings → Account, confirm with your password and choose Turn on. From then on every sign-in asks for a 6-digit code emailed to you.
Turn it off the same way: confirm with your password and choose Turn off. A wrong password changes nothing; try again.
Name the workspace
Settings shows the workspace name. Owners can rename it there: anything non-empty up to 80 characters. Members see the name read-only.
