Improve your knowledge base

In Documents, the Missing topics section shows suggestions based on questions that did not produce useful answers. Each suggestion includes a question count and a category such as Missing, Vague, Out of scope or Conflicted.

1. Select the relevant project and read the suggestion.
2. Check whether the information is absent, unclear, contradictory, or outside what the asking Profile is allowed to read.
3. If information is missing, use the suggestion's upload action to add a source to that project. If the source already exists, check its text, status and intended access.
4. Ask the original question again with the same Profile and compare the evidence.

A suggestion is a prompt for review, not a reason to grant broader access automatically. Suggestions may arrive after processing; an empty section does not prove your knowledge is complete.

The Related pairs section identifies documents worth comparing. Open both previews before deciding what to do.

• Keep both: dismiss the suggestion when the documents serve different purposes.
• Keep one: use the delete choice to remove an obsolete or duplicate source after checking which document should remain.
• Combine: start Consolidate pair when both contain information you want in one source.

A related-pair suggestion is not proof that either file can be deleted. Check differences, dates and references before choosing.

1. In Consolidate pair, use Copy agent prompt. It includes source material for the agent you choose, so check that sharing those documents with that tool is appropriate.
2. Give the prompt to your agent and review its merged text against both sources. Preserve qualifications and resolve contradictions yourself.
3. Return to Takibi and choose I have the merged text. Paste it, then choose the filename and destination folder.
4. Choose Review replace. Check the listed new file and the two documents that will be deleted.
5. Choose Replace both files only when you are ready to replace both originals.

Download the originals first if you need to retain them. The destination folder determines which folder-scoped Profiles can read the merged document.

The merged document is saved before the originals are deleted. If saving is refused, the originals remain. A saved merge is not always indexed right away, so check its status afterward and use the recovery guide if it is held.

If the merged file was saved but one or both originals could not be deleted, the dialog lists the remaining files. Use Retry delete or remove those originals from Documents after verifying the saved merge. Do not create another merged copy just to retry the deletion.
