Tell Emi what you need in chat. Emi proposes the tasks and who should do them. Nothing changes until you approve.
One monthly allowance covers companion runs, chat with Emi and web search. About 120–200 runs a month on Ember and 300–500 on Campfire. Longer runs use more.
Companions can search the web and read pages while they work. Included in your plan.
Want a different model? Add your own OpenRouter key and pay OpenRouter directly.
Connect each app once for your workspace with your own account, then choose which collections use it. Takibi charges nothing extra.

Both plans give you the same workspace. Companions, your AI agents, work the tasks on your board. Emi, your AI manager in Chat, proposes tasks and who should do them, and nothing changes until you approve. Your own agents and tools connect with keys.
Every one of them reads only what you allow and gets exact passages with citations. You keep your documents and can export them anytime.
Import files into collections and folders. Download your originals or export a collection in Open Knowledge Format.
Explore documentsGive each companion and each outside agent its own access: choose which documents it can read, manage keys for your tools, and check what it did.

Yes. Enter your card at Polar checkout to start the 7-day trial. The trial includes a smaller AI allowance. Your selected monthly subscription starts charging after the trial ends. Cancel before then to avoid the first charge.
Both plans include the same product tools. Ember is 49 USD per month for 2 Profiles, 250 asks per day, 3 companions and included AI for about 120–200 runs a month. Campfire is 99 USD per month for 8 Profiles, 800 asks per day, 10 companions and included AI for about 300–500 runs a month. On both plans, the same monthly AI allowance also covers chat with Emi and web search, and a reply from Emi uses much less than a run. Daily allowances apply across the workspace. We recommend Campfire if you need more than two Profiles or more companions.
New companion runs wait until your usage resets with your billing month, or run on your own OpenRouter key if you’ve turned that on. Chat with Emi pauses until the reset. A small daily limit keeps one day from using up the month. Takibi warns you at 80%, and on Ember you can upgrade to Campfire for more. Compare the plans.
Yes, on both plans, and it is optional. With your key you can choose any model; those runs bill your OpenRouter account. Included models still use your plan’s AI. With your own key, OpenRouter handles routing and you are responsible for where your data goes; you can restrict providers and regions in your OpenRouter settings.
Takibi charges nothing extra for them. Apps you connect, such as DataForSEO or Google, use your own accounts, so any usage fees are between you and that service.
The price is per workspace, and one person signs in to run it. Profiles are the people and outside agents or tools, like Claude, ChatGPT or the CLI, that use your knowledge. Companions are counted separately. Team invitations and extra seats for people are not available yet.
In the app, open Settings, then Billing, and choose Manage subscription to open the Polar customer portal. You can manage your subscription there. Cancel before the 7-day trial ends to avoid the first charge. Manage subscription.
A token is about 4 characters of English text. Uploads and imports spend tokens when they are indexed; each ask spends a little plus whatever evidence comes back. In practice you will usually hit your daily ask count long before the token allowance. Ember’s 300K daily tokens cover about eighty five-page documents indexed every day. Daily usage and limits.
No. All prices are exclusive of VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no additional tax through reverse charge; other EU buyers pay their country’s VAT at checkout, collected by Polar.
Both, at different steps, on both plans. When an agent searches your documents, Takibi returns the exact passages with citations, and returns nothing when no passage matches. Companions and Emi then write drafts, plans and proposed tasks from those passages, your connected apps and web search. The results return for your review. Understand the evidence.
Yes. Both plans let you download your original files and export collections in Open Knowledge Format. Export any material you want to keep before deleting it from your workspace. Export your documents.
